The Project
Fitting a Family's Needs
The Stewart Family Residence was designed around the unique needs of a busy, multi-generational family. From a small business requiring an oversized garage and dedicated custom shop to plenty of room for children, grandchildren, and four-legged family members, every aspect of this two-story home was thoughtfully planned around the way this family lives, works, and gathers.
The exterior combines natural stone and brick to complement the surrounding Texas Hill Country while meeting neighborhood architectural requirements. Inside, the two-story layout provides a balance of comfortable family living, functional spaces, and room to grow. The result is a truly custom home—one designed from the ground up to fit this family and their lifestyle for years to come.

What the Family Said
We have lived in this home for years, and it has stood the test of time. CMW builds quality, and we’d recommend them to anyone building a new home, shop or barndominium.
